The EvenSplits Leeds 5K races are held monthly from February to November at the University of Leeds Brownlee Centre.
The races are chip-timed and UKA licensed (hence results appear on Power of 10). Results are sent by text as soon as you cross the finish line, and your mile splits are published too. Plus you get a chocolate bar at the finish for your troubles!
Race yourself and measure your improvement month by month. Or make it a club event and race your rivals.
Enter once for £10/£12 or save yourself time and money by bulk buying in advance (see below for more information).

HOW MUCH?
Single race entry £10/£12
Enter once for £10/£12 or save yourself time and money by bulk buying in advance, saving up to 35% on a single race entry.
You must enter in advance online at RaceBest.
When you enter for the first time you will be assigned a race number with an embedded timing chip which can be used at both Leeds and York 5K. You will collect this number from Registration the first time you race. It is your responsibility to keep and reuse your number once issued.
If you have a previously issued RED 5K race number (e.g. from 2020-24) you can use that again in 2025 (you must record this number on your entry form). If you have a previously issued 5K number in a different colour, this is no longer valid and can be swapped for a free RED 5K race number at Registration the first time you race.
All entrants are entitled to one free number replacement in a 12 month period. Subsequent replacements will be charged at £4 thereafter.
Is it chip-timed?
Yes. The chip is embedded in your race number and it is your responsibility to keep and reuse your number once issued.
Only RED 5K numbers are valid and can be used at both Leeds and York 5Ks.
Is it licensed?
Yes, so the results will appear on Power of 10.
Refunds, transfers and cancellation
If the race is cancelled as a result of COVID-19 restrictions, your place will be automatically transferred to a new rescheduled date.
You may only defer your place once, to the next race you can attend in the calendar year, if requested at least 3 days before race day.
By entering this race you accept that there are no refunds and your race place cannot be transferred to another runner. There are no exceptions, regardless of circumstances. .
