Take on the distance of the Beast
6.66 miles of hills and trails and mud!
Unlike our other two races at RSPB St Aidan’s Country Park, the St Aidan’s Winter Beast is not flat, and it’s not easy. The course takes in sections off the well-trodden paths and trails, to give you some genuine climbs and (weather permitting!) some proper cross country mud! That said, if you pause to catch your breath there are some great views of the park to be had from the top!
Starting close to RSPB St Aidan’s Little Owl Cafe, the route stays within the Country Park and explores some of the less well-known sections to bring you 6.66 miles of hills, views and mud!
